For perishable and consumable products such as honey, natural sweeteners, Ayurveda products, drinks, and masala powders:

  2. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food, beverage, or Ayurvedic consumable products once delivered.
  3. Refund Eligibility
  4. Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or leaking package at the time of delivery
  • Expired product received
  1. Proof Requirement
  2. To process any complaint, customers must share:
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Order details and issue description

  2. All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
